Service Day Process
What to Expect On Your Service Day
On service day, Oregon Scoop Professionals LLC provides professional, reliable pet waste removal with clear communication, careful yard cleanup, and sanitary service practices. You do not need to be home — just make sure we have safe access to the cleanup area.
Arrival Notification
When service notifications are enabled through the client portal, you may receive a text or service update before we arrive. Customers are not required to be home during service, but gates should be unlocked or access instructions should be provided.
For everyone’s safety, aggressive, territorial, or unsafe dogs must be kept out of the yard during service.
Cleaning Your Yard
We’ll enter the service area and thoroughly clean visible pet waste from the agreed cleanup zones. Our goal is to walk the yard carefully and consistently to reduce the chance of missed waste.
Common focus areas include potty spots, side yards, fence lines, play areas, and other high-use areas.
Safety Procedures
After your yard is cleaned, we make reasonable efforts to close and secure gates before leaving. When available, we may provide a gate confirmation photo or service completion notice for peace of mind.
Tools and equipment are sanitized between properties to help reduce cross-contamination concerns.
Pet Waste Disposal
Oregon Scoop Professionals LLC does not haul pet waste off-property.
Pet waste is securely double-bagged and sanitized before being placed in the customer’s designated trash receptacle. If the trash receptacle is unavailable, waste may be placed near the gate, garage, or another agreed location.
